At IJETE, we follow a structured and transparent publication process to ensure high-quality research
dissemination. Below is the step-by-step process for authors submitting their manuscripts:
Authors submit their research papers through our online submission system or via email. The manuscript must follow the IJETE author guidelines for formatting and referencing.
The editorial team conducts a preliminary check to ensure the paper aligns with the journal’s scope, originality, and formatting standards. Papers with plagiarism issues or insufficient novelty may be returned at this stage.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent for a double-blind peer review. Expert reviewers evaluate the paper based on originality, methodology, clarity, and significance of research findings.
Authors receive reviewer comments and are required to revise their manuscript accordingly. Revisions must address all concerns before resubmission.
Once revisions are approved, the manuscript undergoes final proofreading and formatting. Authors are notified of the official acceptance of their paper.
Accepted papers are published in the upcoming IJETE issue and made available online with open access. The journal ensures proper indexing and archiving for greater research visibility.
Upon publication, authors receive an e-certificate of publication and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for citation and referencing purposes.
